WE’RE GETTING
MARRIED
Lauren & Noah
9 . 26 . 2 6
DODGEVILLE, WI
We can’t wait to celebrate this next chapter surrounded by the people who mean the most to us. Here you’ll find all the details to help you plan for our wedding weekend. We’ll keep adding updates here as the big day gets closer!
The Venue
White Oak Savanna
4352 WI-23, Dodgeville, WI 53533
White Oak Savanna is a restored, 76‑acre oak savanna in Wisconsin’s Driftless Area. And it just so happens to also be Noah’s family farm. White Oak no longer hosts weddings, so this celebration is a special family exception.
The Weekend
We’re still finalizing the detailed schedule, but festivities will kick off Friday evening and continue through the weekend, with the wedding on Saturday, September 26. More details coming soon.
Getting to the Farm
Flying
Fly into Madison, WI (MSN) for the quickest trip. The farm is about a 45-minute drive west. You can also fly into Chicago O’Hare (ORD) and make it a scenic 3-hour road trip through the Driftless hills.
There’s no direct public transportation to the venue, so you’ll need to rent a car to get around. Car rentals are available at both airports, and the drive is easy and beautiful.
For those feeling adventurous, on-site camping is available right at White Oak Savanna. Bring your tent, camper van, or RV and wake up to rolling hills and sunrise views.
Getting around
Heads up - there’s no Uber or Lyft in the area, and local taxis stop running around 3:00 PM. We recommend teaming up with friends for rides or sharing a rental car.
Our hotel block is 3 minutes from the farm, so if you plan to enjoy the open bar, that may be your best bet for lodging.
It’s also worth connecting with other guests early to share rides from the airport or between local stays and the farm.
Where to Stay
Hotel
Hotels are limited in this area, so if you’d like to stay close to the action, we’ve reserved a small block just 3 minutes from the farm:
AmericInn by Wyndham | $160-170/night
3637 WI-23, Dodgeville, WI 53533
If you know you’ll be drinking (and want to keep the dance floor going all night), this is the spot for you.
Guests are also welcome to check availability and book directly with the following recommended hotels:
Airbnb
Lodging in the area is limited and tends to go fast, so we recommend booking soon! Round up friends you’ll see at the wedding and book a larger Airbnb together, or find your own private stay in the area.
We’ve put together a list below of Airbnbs nearby to make your search easier.
Camping
White Oak Savanna has beautiful on-site camping with a private shower and bathrooms. Bring a tent, camper van, or RV and stay right on the property.
Our Story
Lauren and Noah technically met in college back in 2013. The acting program at Juilliard is tiny, so they knew each other, but they never really talked.
Fast forward almost a decade, and a mutual friend decided they’d be perfect for each other. They weren’t so convinced. Their friends, however, were relentless. After a year of “you have to go on ONE date” texts, not-so-subtle nudges, and planned “run-ins”, they finally gave in and agreed to go on a date. Just one.
So on a hot September night in Brooklyn, they met in front of the yellow door at Doris. Lauren was (shockingly) 20 minutes late, and Noah will never let her forget it. But an hour into the date, they both knew. Their friends had been right. They didn’t want the date to end and “just one date” turned into many.
On March 9th, 2025, back at that same bar with the yellow door, Noah asked Lauren to marry him. Now, in a red barn filled with family and friends, we get to celebrate the answer.
